EQUATION FORMULARY
EQUATION FORMULARY is a small business where I create Slow Food style complex, flavor-balanced food products for sale in a micro-region of Southern Vermont. Despite the professional appearance and quality of my products, these are all produced on a painstakingly inefficient nano-scale and are subject to seasonal availability and batch sell-outs. All of our products contain at one or more grown or foraged ingredients from the Equation Formulary forests and garden.
We also offer hand sharpening services for kitchen knives, jackknives and sport knives, and garden and woods tools. Sharpening services are offered under the trade name of Whetstones on the Whetstone, since our portable shop is alongside the Whetstone Brook at the Brattleboro Area Farmers Market, May-October each year. Services at the Farmers Market commence Saturday August 16, 2025.
